Pricing FAQs

What does one credit cover?

One AI copy generation uses 1 credit. Scheduling one post uses 2 credits. Conversion is limited by each plan's batch and file-size allowance.

Why do Free posts include branding?

Free published images carry the Sofriq Publish logo, with a Sofriq Publish attribution in the post description. Paid plans remove that branding.

Can I connect any number of accounts?

No. Each plan lists the maximum connected Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest accounts, plus Facebook Pages and Pinterest Boards.

What happens if I reach my storage limit?

You will need to remove media or move to a plan with more storage before adding more files.

Can I request a refund?

Refund requests are handled under Sofriq's 15-day refund policy.

Are these the only Sofriq tools?

Text tools and selected standalone converters remain available separately. The plan comparison focuses on Sofriq Publish, Convert, and Media.
